CAWST, Research and Evaluation Assistant
With over 9 years of diverse relief and development work experience, Lemlem has a wealth of experience in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating hygiene and sanitation promotion programs for refugees, local communities and internally displaced peoples. Lemlem holds a Master of Public Health degree (Distinction) from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and a Master of Arts degree (Distinction) in Rural Development from Indira Ghandi National Open University. She first took the plunge into the sector as an educator, leveraging her Bachelor of Education degree, and subsequently furthered her global WASH expertise as a hygiene and sanitation promotion advisor working with international and local NGOs in Ethiopia. Lemlem is currently a Research and Evaluation Assistant at CAWST. She is fluent in Amharic and English.
